Project Management: steer your projects with full control

We act as delegated project manager or owner’s representative to manage your strategic and complex projects: needs definition, specifications, vendor selection, schedule-budget-quality control — defending your interests exclusively.

Why delegate project management?

A complex project — construction, transformation, information system, business development — rarely fails for lack of vendors: it fails for lack of management on the client side. Poorly defined needs, vague specifications, late trade-offs, budget and schedule overruns that nobody challenges.

Owner representation puts a professional on your side of the table: someone who speaks the vendors’ language, but works only for you.

What we do

  • Defining the project’s needs and objectives — scoping, feasibility, priorities
  • Writing the specifications — functional and technical, with no grey areas
  • Helping select vendors and partners — tendering, bid analysis, negotiation
  • Managing the project — schedule, budget, quality: all three held together
  • Coordinating stakeholders — a single point of contact, clear responsibilities
  • Tracking deliverables and managing risks — acceptance, early warnings, action plans
  • Reporting to management — concise, decision-oriented dashboards

Delegated management or assistance: which formula for your project?

In both cases: the same commitments to independence, confidentiality and the exclusive defence of your interests.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the client, the contractor and owner representation?
The client (project owner) defines the need and finances the project. The contractor delivers it. Owner representation assists the client in defining, contracting and controlling — it bridges the skills gap between the two.
What types of projects do you work on?
Strategic, complex business projects: construction and fit-out, organisational transformation, real estate projects, roll-out of tools or new activities. What they share: high stakes and several vendors to coordinate.
When should owner representation be brought in?
As early as possible — ideally before the specifications are written. The scoping phase is where most of the project’s budget and risks are decided.
Are you independent from the vendors you recommend?
Completely. We receive no commission from any vendor. Tenders are run transparently and bids are analysed against objective criteria, validated with you.

A strategic project to launch or to get back on track?

Secure it from the scoping phase — a confidential, no-obligation consultation.
